These Terms govern your access to Power System Lab at powersystemlab.com, an engineering education and simulation platform operated by Oleksandr Petryk. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Educational purpose

Simulators, diagrams, calculations and training materials are provided for education and practice. They do not replace manufacturer documentation, approved operating procedures, professional engineering judgment, certification or site-specific safety requirements. Do not use the platform to control real equipment or make safety-critical operational decisions.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information, keep your password confidential and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

3. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content, impersonate others or use the service in violation of applicable law.

4. Content and intellectual property

The platform, simulator interfaces, training content, graphics and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Unless expressly stated otherwise, access is granted for personal learning only and does not transfer ownership or permit redistribution, resale or creation of competing copies.

5. Availability and changes

Features may be added, changed, suspended or removed as the platform develops. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Material changes to these Terms will be identified by a new effective date and, where appropriate, communicated through the platform or by email.

6. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. You remain responsible for validating any information before applying it outside the training environment.

7. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect users, the platform or third parties, or when these Terms are materially breached. You may stop using the service at any time.

Questions about these Terms can be sent through the official contact method published on powersystemlab.com. Any mandatory consumer protections and other non-waivable rules that apply to you remain in effect.
